Regional Minister & President
Rev Sandy Messick
Rev. Sandra Morgan Messick was called to be Regional Minister and President in June of 2009.
Rev. Messick holds a B.A. in Speech Communication from San Diego State University (1985) and a Master of Divinity from Christian Theological Seminary in Indianapolis (cum laude, 1990). Her publications include a sermon in Bread Afresh, Wine Anew: Sermons by Disciples Women (1991), "Partners in Prayer," Advent Devotional Booklet, (1999) and various church school curricula published through Christian Board of Publication (1997-2003).She has earned a Certificate in Transitional Ministry from the Interim Ministry Network and a Certificate in Leadership and Church Management from Whitworth College.
She has pastored congregations in Illinois, Indiana, North Carolina, Pennsylvania and Washington. Since moving to the Northwest Region in 2000 she has served as Pastor at North Hill Christian Church in Spokane and Interim Pastor at University Christian Church in Seattle.
Sandy lives in Spokane with her husband, Tom, and their two cats, Max and Oliver. They have two adult children, Sarah and John.

Arriving on staff in May 2001, Amber is a multi-functional employee at the NWRCC. Amber is on call at the virtual office of the NWRCC to assist in many functions: general customer service (answering questions, providing information), technology maintenance, general and advanced word processing (creating forms, letter writing, presentation set up). Duties also include web site design and up-keep, graphics and print material production, database contact development and management, and other duties as assigned or requested.
Amber and her husband Jeremy, an accountant, live in the Federal Way area with their daughter Robin.

Youth & Children's Ministry Coordinator
Rev. Chris Snow answered his calling by the region in January of 2018.
He holds a B.A. in Religion and Philosophy from Culver-Stockton College (2006) and an Master of Divinity from Eden Theological Seminary (2009).
Chris comes with years of experience working with youth through various camping programs, leading and sponsoring retreats, and as a former Youth Director in Salem, Oregon. He has served as a staff member, counselor, coordinator, and director of various types of camping programs from Camp MO-Val in Missouri, through programs in the Oregon Region, and most recently within the North West Region. In addition to his duties with the Region Chris is currently serving as the pastor of North Hill Christian Church.
Chris’ wife Jennifer works as a supervisor at the Family Promise of Spokane, Open Doors emergency family shelter. They live with their loveable dog Obi in Spokane, WA.
