The mission priorities of the wider Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) call us to become a pro-reconciling and anti-racist church. To accomplish this, we must embrace diversity and one another while honoring and engaging with those of other denominations, faiths and cultures. The Pro-Reconciliation/Anti-Racism Team is about the intentional raising of awareness in the region, to educate and help us understand one another on a deeper level through celebration of our diverse races, ages, theologies, sexual orientations, differently-abled bodies and cultural histories.
